Coping skills help us navigate the natural ups and downs of life. For trauma survivors, have a toolbox of coping skills can assist in managing triggers, overwhelming emotions, and aid in overall processing and healing.  

Strength through Safety Webinar Series

This self-guided program is designed to build coping skills to enhance safety across a spectrum. This 8-part video series covers topics around healing, safety, and grounding as well as local resource offerings.
