Our Services

Advocacy

You don’t have to go through this alone. SARA advocates can provide support as you navigate healing and justice on your own terms. We believe you and we trust you. Our advocates respect your choices, honor your timeline, and trust you to make the decisions that are right for your life.

Therapy

SARA offers free and confidential therapy for survivors of sexual violence. Therapists use evidence-based modalities to support emotional regulation, processing, and planning for the future. Our program is set up for 50-minute weekly sessions and offers long-term therapy when appropriate towards treatment goals.
