Simcoe for SARA
About
Simcoe for SARA started in 2018 in partnership with local breweries to raise awareness about sexual violence while celebrating local beer.
Each year, breweries create their signature Simcoe for SARA using Simcoe hops to benefit the lifesaving services and prevention education programs at the Sexual Assault Resource Agency.
Join Us
Creating a community free from sexual violence is only possible with community support and involvement.
Each year, Simcoe for SARA gets local press coverage and offers brand awareness opportunities for breweries.
Breweries can also take advantage of free training from SARA's Prevention Team about creating safe, empathetic environments for staff and patrons.

About: Decipher Brewery has become a favorite destination in the Woolen Mills neighborhood. Their version of Simcoe For SARA—an old-school style West Coast IPA—will be available on draft and in crowlers to take home.

About: Celebrate in their new Bellair taproom on the West side of Charlottesville, where they have crafted a Simcoe for SARA hazy IPA featuring a blend of tropical and classic Simcoe citrus/pine notes.

About: Random Row's Simcoe debut will be on their Dab for Good Bingo night with SARA as the beneficiary. Voted Cville Weekly's Best Throwback, their monthly charity bingo raises money and awareness for local non-profits. The fun starts at 5:30pm!
