The last couple of years have been rough and it can be really challenging to take care of yourself when there’s so much stress happening around you. This makes it ever more important to have a toolbox of exercises and practices to help calm your nervous system and make it easier to handle the day-to-day stresses of our lives.
One potential practice to add to that that toolbox is Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT. EFT utilizes meridian points in the body, like acupuncture, and light tapping to help reduce the intensity of whatever stress and anxiety you may be feeling.
