Groups

Support groups can be a great source of healing. SARA can provide those affected by sexual assault with a safe place to share experiences, express feelings, and learn effective coping skills that will help in the healing process. All support groups are confidential and free of charge. At any given time there may be a support group being planned, so please feel free to contact the indicated staff below for more information, or check back for updates on schedules.
